On Tuesday the UK Government’s Ministry of Defence (MoD) will go to the Court of Appeal in an attempt to reduce compensation that has already awarded at a lower court to two injured soldiers.
It is believed the UK Government wants to reduce the compensation awards by up to 70%.

The Ministry of Defence has confirmed that a British soldier from the 2nd Battalion the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, has been killed in an explosion while on foot patrol in Sangin, Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
